We surround our youngest patients with special care. Parents bring their children (even toddlers) more and more often to get acquainted with the staff, become familiar with the sounds coming from the office, as well as to play young dentists.
We teach parents how to take care of their children’s teeth, we offer exercises to prevent malocclusion, we perform prevention against caries. We realize that teeth care since early age is panacea for a healthy smile throughout the life.
With children in mind, we created the “Floating Land of Smile” − a unique fairy-tale cabinet in which octopuses emerge from the sea depths, fish fly overhead, and every child can turn into a captain of a fairy-tale ship in no time at all. This harbour has been created not only for the youngest children. Teens will find here real cabins, portholes, compasses. It is impossible to find elements of a typical dental cabinet in the “Floating Land of Smile”. Instead of drilling, we brush our teeth with a fountain, and a crocodile named Zdziś opens its mouth so that little patients can heal their teeth. For the most frightened kids we have prepared anaesthesia with nitrous oxide.
We also invite small patients with parents for talks, checks and playing dentist. Without stress and in a nice way, we will introduce children to the world of a healthy smile. For those who have unpleasant memories related to a visit to the dentist, we offer a meeting with a psychologist who will prepare both parents and children for treatment.
